Infrastructure

Infrastructure is a very indispensable part of any company. Hence, we have developed a large work area to design defect-free products like Telescopic Operating Rod, Telescopic Earthing Rod, LT Discharge Rod, Single Section Ladder, etc. Our company has a strongly-built infrastructure as well as a well-organized warehouse. We have installed a variety of advanced machines to make us able to design flawless products. Our infrastructural base has the following facilities:

• Machining & Tool Room facilities
• Material Testing facility

We have a 200 KV high voltage in-house testing facility where we perform tests such as Withstand test and Lightning Voltage Withstand test for our products. We have obtained an NABL accreditation for our laboratory. At present we have four Automatic hydraulic pultrusion machines to manufacture FRP profiles and FRP products. In addition to this, our warehousing facility is well equipped with latest temperature controllers and a separate section for packaging. It enables us to meet urgent bulk market demands.

Quality

We pay undue attention towards the quality of our array of products. To ensure that we provide only the best products, we have employed strict quality controllers who deliver products only after conformation to desired quality standards. They strictly test the products on various parameters by conducting a number of tests. Some of them are:

• ERDA " Dry & Wet Tests and Lighting Impulse Voltage withstand test"
• IEC 479 (1974), CPRI type tests " Dry & Wet" (1991, 92,95 & 98)
• Tensile testing
• Bending and Impact test
• Ultrasonic testing
• Abrasion test
• Flammability test
• Thermal stability test
• Heat resistance
• Shrinkage test
• Ageing test
• Chemical resistance test

All the tests are dome as per the NEEMA standards ensuring the development of a flawless gamut.

Research & Development

The strength of our company is our fully fledged Research & Development unit. Our well-organized research and development unit is managed by knowledgeable team of researchers who always keep themselves abreast with the latest technological developments. They do innovation and development of new products to match the changing market trends. They have been following a systematic process to conduct the research, in which they do latest inventions, improve existing product gamut and implement latest production methodologies.
